Engineering Operations
Sprint planning, task delegation, and triage.
I own the Azure Boards backlog and maintain sprint cadence for the engineering team. Every bug surfaced by operations is triaged and prioritized through my queue. I lead integration meetings with vendors and health systems, and represent Telemetrix in front of C-suite executives at partner organizations.

I stand at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution.
I work directly with our CEO, CMIO, CPO, and CMO to understand what the business needs, then translate that into a technical roadmap and sprint-level work that delivers it. I forecast resources and headcount, manage consultant allocation, and make sure engineering output tracks to the company's strategic priorities.

Allies with a shared vision.
I lead with personal relationship, not positional authority. When delivery stalls I step in directly. When other leaders aren't delivering I use communication and encouragement, not escalation. Startups burn people out — I've had sustained success keeping morale high by investing in individuals and staying honest about what's hard.

Healthcare technology doesn't ship from a silo.
A critical part of this role is maintaining a productive, structured relationship between engineering, business leadership, and Epic Build Analyst teams — the clinical specialists who configure the EHR workflows our software must integrate with. Keeping those conversations informed and actionable is what keeps development aligned with the point of care.
